Sirk TV Comic Review: DARK WEB - MS. MARVEL #2 [Marvel]

Moving with concepts of the reality always depends on the one living it. Within the context of Dark Web, it is about taking established ideals of itself and placing it on its head. With Ms. Marvel here, many of the concepts can be dealt with logically since she has seen many of these personifications before. Granted the aspects of demons can be disconcerting but the reason they send her back is both humorous and off-putting at the same time. But when she reemerges there is a metaphor literally staring at her in the face. This story point is beautiful piece of social justice and representation but the sweetness almost seems out of place in this specific niche of the multiverse. But then again it's earnestness like the first Ghostbusters allows it to really show what is being fought for until the other shoe drops. But Spidey/Peter continues to look at the right side of things. The integration of the inventors is interesting and a bit Baron Munchausen but it goes a little crazy with its interesting horror schematic with these great minds becoming birds. It seems weird enough for this series but slightly of pitch. B
